Visitors to the Club

Like any business, we have lot's of visitors to our clubs. They might be Contractors, Licensing Officials or Emergency Services Personnel. It's important that all visitors are Signed In when they arrive.

Use the tabs below to find out about different visitors:

Contractors

This could include Plumbers, Electricians, Gas Engineers and many more.

First, ask the contractor to sign the Visitor's Log. Then, let the Duty Manager know that they are in. The Duty Manager might also need to sign paperwork at the end of the visit.

Emergency Services

This could include the Ambulance Services, the Police or the Fire Services.

If there is an emergency in the club and any Emergency Services Personnel come in, direct them quickly to the most relevant person. (I.E. if an ambulance has been called, be prepared to show the paramedics to the injured person)

If this is a non-emergency visit; ask them to sign the visitors log and let the Duty Manager know they are in
