Throughout a Session on The Floor

If you're working on The Floor, you are the first point of contact for our customers, you should be engaging, polite and enthusiastic.

During the intervals (when MCB is played), you will need to hand out change, deliver prize money and assist customers with any queries they might have. The video below will explain this in more detail.
